Louisburg Gardens is proud to enjoy a reputation of being one of the premier corporate service businesses in metropolitan Boston and beyond.Louisburg Gardens was founded in 1993 by Mary Lovely with a mission to provide an interior landscaping operation with the highest quality products and services at competitive prices. She recognized that the ideal service to customers and clients can only be provided by a committed and motivated team.
Mary brought considerable experience to the mission having trained and worked as a designer, sales and customer service representative for the largest, most prestigious interior landscaping firm in New England at the time. She was determined to replicate and expand this experience and commitment to create an organization that both customers and staff would be proud involved with.
Based in her modest apartment, using a $ 400.00 personal loan from a good friend and with only one customer, Louisburg Gardens began.
Now a multimillion dollar operation with over 25 full time, committed professional staff, the “white glove” approach to service is reinforced by the loyalty of the valued customers. This loyalty has provided Louisburg Gardens one of the lowest cancellation rates in the area with a particularly low turnover of staff.
Louisburg Gardens is dedicated to community support and “giving back”. It supports many charitable organizations including: American Heart Assoc., Breast Cancer Foundation, National MS Society, as well as supporting many other non-profit organizations and schools in the Boston area. Mary is pleased to be invited to speak quite frequently to young people and tell her story of how an American dream can come true with hard work, integrity, and tenacity.
Louisburg Gardens is SOMWBA (State Office of Minority and Women Business Assistance) certified in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
